Measurements

Measure from bottom of lower to the bottom of the triple tree for most accurate length. 3 to 4 inches of travel clearance is recommended.

Installation instructions

1. Remove old fork tube.
2. Inspect fork tube for any damage.
3. Lightly coat inside of fork lower and seal with fork oil.
4. Carefully slide fork lower over inner fork tube.
5. Slide seal down tube and fully seat into groove. Slide retaining ring down. Use plastic driver and carefully tap retaining ring until flush with the top do not go any further.
6. Tighten dampener bolt and crush washer to Harley Davidson torque spec.
7. Fill fork tube with 7 oz of fork oil. (We recommend type E or 15w.)
8. Enjoy.

Note: Fork lowers DO NOT extend the length of your front end. New extended inner fork tubes are required based on application. Stock axle will not work without modification. Custom axles and spacers sold below.
